| Answers: I want to do something within the fashion industry but I need help!? Okay, i'm in high school and i'm going to be applying for university this September. I want to do something within the fashion industry whether it be designing, styling or writing about fashion in a magazine. I also love writing and the idea of directing and producing films. I love that sort of thing and fashion/film producing is all i'm really interested in. A motivational speaker came to our school and told us she's a fashion desginer, but it wasn't easy at all to start her own fashion line with financial costs being a problem. I don't know what to do! I kind of feel like i'll be taking a huge risk if I do something in Uni concerning fashion/media and then it may not even pay off! Should I stick to something safe like a business degree and be on the safe side? I really cant afford to take the risk but what's the point in doing something I don't love? p.s I also don't have any Art GCSE's or ALevels because when choosing my options I stuck to safe subjects. HELP! |
