Questions: Is there anywhere that you can get baby formal wear?

Questions: Is there anywhere that you can get baby formal wear? It's my mums wedding in a few months and she asked me to find out dresses and suits for the little kids, However i can't find any formal wear for my little nephew who will be 4 months old at the wedding. I know it sunds riiculous but i can't find anyweard that does stuff for babys, should i give up or is there any sites you can recommend for formalwear? I've tried looking for a sailor suit but there is none cute enough? can you recommend any sites that do sailor suits for babies? For one i am british and therefore mum is what us brits like to use for mother. i do not apprciate people correcting my own terminology. thanks. Is there anywhere that you can get baby formal wear?
