| Missing Mom's Handmade ClothesHave you ever felt that longing for something that already has passed and might never experience again? A sense of nostalgia and craving for mementos of the past? This is what I recently experienced as I went back at our old family house to celebrate my mom's third death anniversary.I dug out the old clothes which she made back when we were young. I hugged these shirts and where my tears then fell. I miss mom sitting on the rocking chair weaving that Christmas sweater that she never failed to give to us every Christmas. |
| I must say that it is not a sad story at all, it is very touching. I do not know how it felt but yeah, I think it is really touchy to actually be experiencing that. How do you deal now that your mom has passed away? I think it is important that you connect with the past but try not to get stuck. Move on and just try to remember what should be remembered, just like that good old times that you are together. |
