today's fashion, what do you think about it? - Maternity Wear
| today's fashion, what do you think about it? I was wondering what some of you thought of today's fashion. Now I think that people should be their own person and show off your personality the way you want to, not how others want you to. But for women especially, what's with the t-shirts that are like a mile long to your knee caps, or looking for a nice coat or shirt only to find it's half way long. Or even some of the pants. A lot of the clothes look frumpy, skanky or like maternity wear. Now there are some clothes out there that do look good and it's cool there are different styles matching different decades, but I think fashion was best in the late 90's to early/mid 2000's. Especially t-shirts and tops. What do you think? |
| I must say, as I get older, I prefer the longer tee-shirts. They are more versatile and yes, they can be layered, which I think is quite a cute look. One is at risk though of looking pregnant, or wearing maternity clothing. Some pregnant women look really stunning in a tight tee. I wish I had the guts to wear something like that when I was pregnant. Maternity tops can be so bleghh. Guys in skinny jeans - say no more, not fab ! But, why do so many guys still wear them. A bootleg is much more flattering ... |
