DS: Do clothes on dog make it hotter? It's about 85 degrees outside and we're going to a outdoor costume event. If I were to put a shirt on my dog, would he be hotter or cooler? @ LINDA C: haha it sounds so wrong @JAM: It's not a jacket, it's just a striped shirt made from cotton.
