Yahoo! Answers: Are fused plastic bags recyclable? I've been seeing a lot about fusing plastic shopping bags to create things like coin purses and art and even clothes, but can you still recycle the fused bags? Usually I take the normal shopping bags to the grocery store drop off, but can I put the fused bags in the drop off or can I put it in the normal recycle? Just wondering because I have quite a bit of failed experiments that I don't wanna throw away, and also because I'm thinking of making wrapping paper out of fused bags, so I don't want it to get thrown away. Anybody know how to recycle fused plastic bags? Please let me know, thanks! Open Question: Are fused plastic bags recyclable?
